Our Mission

In 1 Thessalonians, Paul wrote that the Christians of Thessalonia were to "encourage one another and build each other up." (1 Thess. 5:10) This is the mission that fuels the Caring Hearts Ministry.

Caring Hearts was established as an outreach program for our church family and members of our community. We lift those who are suffering in prayer during times of hardship or physical ailment. We also reach out by card, phone call, and/or visit to show our love and support. While we encourage in times of difficulty, we also rejoice in times of celebration: recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, births, and graduations.

If you know of someone that could use some encouragement or prayer, we have a box near the entrance to the sanctuary where you can submit contact information. If you would like to be a part of this ministry, we meet the last Sunday of the month directly after the church service, or you can contact me directly.
